This Sunday we observe the first week of Advent. We will also formally welcome the new members who have chosen to join our church family, and then share the bread and wine of the Lord’s Supper at the table of community.

The pressures of this season affect us in many different ways. But no matter what you’re going through, whether you are filled with holiday excitement or barely making it from one day to the next, I hope you will come and be refreshed in the Spirit.
